Approach
I developed the application scope with the product line manager based on competitive analysis and customer feedback, and steered the design direction to use native iOS design patterns.

Challenges
The application’s architecture was based on core functionality from another app, so the team had to work around legacy technical constraints. User on-boarding could not initially be supported from the mobile device, so extra work was invested to clarify this through quick start guides and support material.

Outcome
The application was released on time, and the features outlined for the iOS app set the direction for the Android version.
